“On the way to Kingston, I stopped at Whitby Kachiguda Junction, an Indian restaurant, and it was such a delightful experience! We ordered Puri Dosa and Chicken Mandi, with loose prawns — the taste was absolutely extraordinary. The Chicken Mandi was perfectly cooked; the chicken pieces were so tender and flavorful. The Puri with Chola Bachu was equally delicious, bursting with authentic flavors. The new store looks amazing, very clean and welcoming. The new store looks amazing, and the service was excellent. “The food here is absolutely amazing! We started off with the mutton shorba and momos, and then went for the OG mandi with fish, goat, chicken, and shrimp — whoooaaa, simply incredible! “Their Brownie on sizzling platter with icecream was good. Noodles were mild spicy and good for kids to eat. Their dosa was authentic and light served with creamy peanut sauces. I couldn’t tolerate the spice level for their chicken bhombhat or chicken 65 - it should come with a spice level warning.”

“Kachiguda Junction is a lovely spot with a fresh new interior design that feels both modern and welcoming. The place is big and spacious, making it a comfortable dining experience. My husband and I tried the Tikka Chicken Biryani and a Chicken Bomhat dish as an appetizer. The appetizer was spicy, crunchy, and full of flavor—definitely a great start to the meal. The biryani was delicious as well, perfectly cooked and served hot, with a portion size generous enough for two adults. For dessert, I had the Apricot Delight, which was simply amazing—sweet, rich, and a perfect way to end the meal. The restaurant offers a wide variety of items on their menu, so there’s something for everyone to enjoy. Overall, I loved the flavors, presentation, and the dining experience. I’ll definitely be coming back again!”
